⚠️ 1. SolarNest App is Not Updating
Symptoms:
Energy production not refreshing
Offline system status
Solutions:
Check your Wi-Fi router and internet connection.
Reboot the SolarNest Gateway (hold reset button for 10 seconds).
Ensure app is updated to the latest version.
If still offline, contact support for remote diagnostics.
🟠 2. Battery Not Charging
Possible Causes:
Overcast conditions or low panel output
Battery already full
Battery in Backup Mode (saving energy for emergency use)
Steps to Check:
Switch to Self-Consumption Mode in the app
Monitor charge level over 24 hours
Schedule a support call if issue persists
🔌 3. System Not Producing Any Power
Causes:
Utility outage
Inverter fault
Tripped circuit breaker
Troubleshooting:
